Why do I blog?

I want to share my knowledge from the 5 years I have spent practicing reflexology. The blog will include information on reflexology itself.

However, I believe that reflexology is much more than just your feet! Reflexology is a holistic treatment that looks at the entire body, lifestyle and diet to understand common mental and physical ailments and how they can be treated.

So this blog also covers news and information about current health and wellbeing issues; from stress to fertility, meditation to diet and lifestyle.
